Processing Times

All orders are made to order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s current rates.
We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to order and will ship directly from the manufacturer.  Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at threadfridaykc@gmail.com
We’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement if needed.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to pick up may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
