Our Goal
At Thread Friday, we want you to love your hat as much as we loved designing it. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns for non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? We’re happy to help with exchanges for non-custom products, subject to availability. Contact us before sending your item back so we can set aside your replacement.
Custom Orders
All custom hats and personalized embroidery are made just for you — meaning custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your custom order has an issue, please reach out to threadfridaykc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Email threadfridaykc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship your item using a trackable method.
- Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
