What types of hats do you sell?

We specialize in clean, minimalist dad hats and statement-style hats inspired by Kansas City culture. Our designs are meant to be worn year-round and styled effortlessly.


What’s the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order hats?

Ready to Ship hats are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days.

Made to Order hats are produced after you place your order and typically ship within 7–10 business days. These are made in small batches to reduce waste and allow us to offer more unique designs.


How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping times depend on the product:

  • Ready to Ship: 1–2 business days

  • Made to Order: 7–10 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has started, especially for Made to Order items.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed hats within 14 days of delivery.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we want to make it right.


How do your hats fit?

Our hats are adjustable and designed to fit most adults comfortably. Fit details (low-profile, mid-profile, strap type) are listed on each product page.


Are your hats unisex?

Yes. All Thread Friday hats are designed to be worn by anyone.


Do you offer youth or kids hats?

Select styles are available in youth sizes. If a youth option is available, it will be clearly listed on the product page.


Will you restock sold-out styles?

Some designs are restocked, while others are released as limited runs. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.


Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We partner with boutiques through Faire and select wholesale relationships. Please visit our Wholesale page or contact us for more information.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
